All orders are normally despatched within 24 hours either by post or by carrier dependent on which offers the better service for price. All consignments are fully insured, the cost of freight and insurance being clearly itemised on the invoice which is included with the parcel. Because of the rarity and expense of many of our essential oils and the large range of bottle sizes in which we offer them, our general practice is to only bottle and label oils as we receive orders for them. We thereby ensure that the oils we supply to our customers are in the best possible condition. Because of this it is not possible for us to cater for personal callers at our office.

Hours of Business

We are normally able to receive telephone calls personally between 8.00 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. MONDAY to THURSDAY every week. To enable us to give you the best possible service our message bank will record calls and orders at any other time, or if we are already engaged in a phone call. Additionally our Fax line and e-mail services are available 24 hours per day. We trust that this will not inconvenience you and that it will enable us to maintain the speed and quality of our service to you.
