The Ultimate Reset

Self care is my favourite for slowing down. Not the big 20 steps and checklists… just the gentle kind to give you a reset. Whether you're easing into the day or winding down & preparing for the week ahead, here are a few things I often reach for!

Natural Body Butters

These are especially loved in cooler months when skin needs more. Made with unrefined shea butter, virgin jojoba, and rosehip seed oil, they melt into the skin to deeply nourish and protect. The texture is rich but not greasy. Perfect after a shower or before bed, especially around dry patches like elbows, hands, or feet.

Foaming Body Wash

There’s something incredibly resetting about a shower that feels intentional. Our body washes are made with organic castile soap and vegetable glycerine, so they cleanse gently without stripping the skin. The scents are soft, natural, and created to shift the energy of your day, whether you're starting fresh or washing away the week.

Essential Oil Blends

Two of my favourite blends for this time of year, one to uplift and energise, the other to ground and restore.

Limettae: Bright, energising, and emotionally clearing, this one was created with “Monday minds” in mind. It helps lift low moods, shift stagnant energy, and bring in a sense of mental clarity. I love diffusing this one while planning out the week ahead or when I need a fresh mental reset.

Angel Root: The opposite in feeling, this blend is deeply grounding and supportive, perfect for moments when you feel scattered, unsteady, or just need to come back into your body. It’s earthy and anchoring, encouraging a quiet sense of reconnection, emotionally, physically, and energetically.

Roll On Blends (Calm & Sleep)

Two of the blends I find myself coming back to again and again.

Calm: With chamomile, lavender, orange, cedarwood, and jojoba, this one helps bring a sense of steadiness and ease during moments of overwhelm or mental noise.

Sleep: A deeply grounding blend of lavender, vetiver, bergamot, and chamomile, this one is best applied to wrists and neck before bed, or even just when you need to bring the energy down.

Flower Waters

Cooling, calming and skin loving, our flower waters are a simple way to refresh your skin and reset your senses throughout the day. Whether used as a toner, a mid afternoon mist, or part of your skincare ritual, each one offers its own gentle benefits depending on the flower water.

Bath Salts (or a foot soak!)

A warm bath or foot soak can do more than just relax muscles. The combination of Epsom Salt, Himalayan Pink Salt, and Dead Sea Salt helps ease physical tension, soften skin, and offer a quiet moment of mineral rich stillness.

Even if you don’t have a bath, a simple foot soak works beautifully. The soles of the feet are among the most absorbent areas of the body, with thousands of nerve endings, so soaking them can help calm the nervous system and ground the body in just ten quiet minutes!

 

Whatever your self care looks like, I hope you can carve out even a few minutes just for you. Some sun, a warm drink, something nourishing for the skin or soul… it doesn’t need to be much. Just enough to remind yourself that you’re allowed to rest.
