Essential Oils, Carrier Oils and Aromatherapy Supplies
How long will it take to get my order? We work hard to send out all orders within three working days of receipt. Most orders will leave the next working day. We generally decant and post orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All orders are individually hand picked, decanted and packed for you. We cannot have any component of your order made up or decanted ahead of time due to the many sizes and product variations. Delivery times vary depending on where you are.

Where do we deliver? We deliver right across Australia.
How do we deliver? We use Australia Post for all our deliveries.
How much is freight? We work to keep freight costs as low as possible and generally use Australia Post satchels. The price of postage will depend on the size prepaid satchel that we will need to send your products in. A small satchel which will hold about 12 small bottles of oil will be either $10 parcel post or $12 express. If an order has litres of carrier oils etc and need to go in a large satchel this may be around $16-$18 depending on the size.
In addition, please be aware that from time to time orders for regional areas may take longer for delivery.
Once an order has left Ahimsa Oils it can be tracked but please note the freight service provider is in control of delivery and it is out of the hands of Ahimsa Oils as we do not control those entities. Rarely delays do occur due to extreme weather events and Public Holidays, Christmas back log and the like.
We do offer insurance at check out that you can select. If a parcel has gone missing the first step is to call Australia Post with your tracking details and lodge an enquiry. If Australia Post deem the parcel missing we will be able to arrange for a replacement order or refund to be sent. Please note that if you choose to put an Authority to Leave on your instructions and it is delivered but goes missing, then this will void any and all insurance or compensation from Australia Post. Please also note that if a package shows as delivered but subsequently goes missing or is stolen this is entirely out of our control and as such Ahimsa Oils will not be liable for refund or replacement of goods sent. Again this would need to be dealt with as an investigation/complaint for the customer to lodge with Australia Post.
We want you to be happy and work hard on our customer service - without you we wouldn't be here! We don't find many problems but when we do hear from you we do our best to resolve any problems on the spot.
