Delivery Policy

How long will it take to get my order? 

We work hard to send out all orders within three working days of receipt. We generally decant and post orders on Mondays and Thursdays. For any urgent orders, simply contact Sandy and she may be able to arrange for your order to be sent as soon as possible. As all orders are individually hand picked, decanted and packed for you, we cannot have any component of your order made up or decanted ahead of time due to the many sizes and product variations. Delivery times vary depending on where you are located, however if express post is selected, you could expect next day delivery. Please be aware that from time to time orders for regional areas may take longer for delivery. 

Generally orders take  
QLD:   1 to 2 working days from dispatch
NSW / VIC:   1 to 5 working days from dispatch
SA / TAS: 1 to 6 working days from dispatch
Other States: 1 to 9 working days from dispatch.

How much is freight? 

We offer flat rate shipping Australia wide:

  • $12 Parcel Post

  • $15 Express Post

Both options are tracked for peace of mind.

If your order exceeds our largest satchel size (around 5kg) and requires a box, we’ll get in touch with you to confirm the additional postage cost. Unfortunately, these charges from Australia Post can be quite high (sometimes up to $40 depending on the area), so we’re unable to absorb them.

What happens if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

Once your order has been dispatched, Australia Post will email you directly with your tracking number. You can click the link in that email or enter the number into the Australia Post website or app to see the latest updates. If your parcel seems delayed, the first step is to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post using your tracking details. Should Australia Post deem the parcel officially missing, we will be able to arrange a replacement order or a refund.

Please note:

  • If you select Authority to Leave and the parcel is marked as delivered but goes missing, this will void any insurance or compensation with Australia Post and Ahimsa Oils.

  • If a parcel shows as delivered but is later lost or stolen, this is outside of our control, and Ahimsa Oils cannot provide a refund or replacement. In these cases, the matter must be followed up directly with Australia Post.
