Cold pressed from the seeds of Pongamia pinnata, our Karanj Seed Oil is a medium viscosity oil valued for its anti-inflammatory, antifungal, and insect deterring properties. Traditionally used in Ayurvedic and rural remedies, this oil is especially helpful for dry, flaky, irritated, or cracked skin.

Karanj Oil contains a unique fatty acid profile, including lignoceric acid, which supports skin healing and protection. It is commonly applied topically for eczema, psoriasis, insect bites, and wound care. Although potent, it is generally well tolerated at up to 25% in a carrier blend. Avoid use during pregnancy and keep out of reach of children. This product comes with a poison label due to potential toxicity if ingested.

Uses

Shelf Life
Use within 12 months of opening. Store in a cool, dry space away from light and heat. Keep tightly capped when not in use.
