Blue Tansy Essential Oil
Tanacetum annuum | Aerial Parts | Steam Distilled | Origin: Morocco
Blue Tansy Essential Oil is a strikingly rich cobalt blue oil with a warm, sweet, herbaceous scent and subtle notes of fruit, camphor, and soft florals. Steam distilled from the flowering aerial parts of Tanacetum annuum in Morocco, this highly sought after oil is known for its emotionally calming and skin soothing qualities, making it a favourite in both high end skincare and restorative aromatherapy blends.
Rich in chamazulene, a naturally blue compound that appears during distillation, Blue Tansy is traditionally used to help calm irritation, reduce heat and redness in the skin, and ease nervous tension. Its gentle nature makes it an ideal companion during times of emotional overwhelm, high stress, or physical fatigue. It blends beautifully with other oils and is especially favoured in skin treatments, massage oils, and emotional support diffusions.
