Myrrh (Commiphora myrrha), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Vetivert (Vetiveria zizanoides), Cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), Rosewood (Aniba rosaeodora), Black Pepper (Piper nigrum), Lavender Mont Blanc (Lavandula angustifolia), Bergamot Italian (Citrus bergamia), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens).

Uses

Diffuse during meditation, place 1 - 2 drops on a tissue under your pillow, or dilute with a carrier oil (2.5%) for topical use. Inhale when needing support with emotional grounding or stress. Not suitable during pregnancy or for children under 6 without guidance.

Shelf Life
3 - 4 years from opening if stored in a cool, dark place. Refrigeration at 4°C helps extend freshness further.
