Uses

Diffuse during emotional release practices, place 1 - 2 drops on a tissue under your pillow for subconscious integration, or dilute with carrier oil (2.5%) for massage or body application. Inhale gently from a tissue or directly from the bottle. Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 6 without guidance.

Shelf Life
3 - 4 years from opening if stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration at 4°C can help preserve aroma and potency.
