Cistus / Rock Rose (Cistus ladanifer), Angelica Root (Angelica archangelica), Everlast / Helichrysum (Helichrysum italicum), Frankincense / Olibanum (Boswellia carterii), Sandalwood WA (Santalum spicatum), Vetivert (Vetiveria zizanoides), Lavender Mont Blanc (Lavandula angustifolia), Bergamot Italian (Citrus bergamia), Galbanum (Ferula galbaniflua), Lemon Australian (Citrus limonum), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Rosemary Camphor Type (Rosmarinus officinalis).

Uses

Diffuse during meditation, breathwork, or while journaling to enhance focus and insight. Place 1 - 2 drops on a tissue under your pillow for subconscious integration, or dilute with a carrier oil (2.5%) and apply to the third eye area or temples. Inhale gently when seeking clarity or spiritual connection. Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 6 without guidance.

Shelf Life
3 - 4 years from opening if stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration at 4°C helps preserve aroma and potency.
