Bergamot (Citrus aurantium bergamia), Clary Sage (Salvia sclarea), Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata).

Uses

Diffuse to inspire joy and serenity. Place 1 - 2 drops on a tissue under your pillow to support emotional release while you sleep. Dilute with a carrier oil (2.5%) and apply to pulse points, temples, or chest. Inhale as needed to reconnect with your centre. Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 6 without guidance.

Shelf Life
2 - 3 years from opening if stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. To reduce oxidation, only open when needed and consider decanting into a smaller working bottle. Refrigeration at ~4°C helps preserve freshness and potency.
