Ingredients

Lavender French (Lavandula angustifolia), Ylang Ylang (Cananga odorata), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Geranium (Pelargonium graveolens), Bergamot (Citrus aurantium bergamia).

Uses

Diffuse to create a calm, restorative space. Place 1 - 2 drops on a tissue under your pillow to ease into restful sleep. Dilute with carrier oil (2.5%) and apply to shoulders, neck, or heart space. Inhale during moments of overwhelm or emotional unease. Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 6 without guidance.

Shelf Life
2 - 3 years from opening if stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. To reduce oxidation, open only when needed and consider decanting into a smaller working bottle. Refrigeration at ~4°C will help maintain freshness and aromatic integrity.
