Uses

Diffuse to energise your space or promote mental clarity. Place 1 - 2 drops on a tissue under your pillow for a light, citrusy uplift overnight. Dilute with carrier oil (2.5%) and apply to pulse points or incorporate into natural skincare. Inhale directly as a mid day pick me up. Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 6 without guidance.

Shelf Life
2 - 3 years from opening if stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. To minimise oxidation, open only as needed and consider using a smaller working bottle. Refrigeration at ~4°C helps preserve freshness and aromatic quality.
