Ingredients

Mandarin (Citrus reticulata), Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin), Frankincense (Boswellia carterii), Bergamot (Citrus aurantium bergamia).

Uses

Diffuse to create a calm, restorative environment. Place 1 - 2 drops on a tissue under your pillow to ease into sleep. Dilute with carrier oil (2.5%) and apply to the chest, back of the neck, or feet. Inhale when you feel emotionally overwhelmed or scattered. Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 6 without guidance.

Shelf Life
1 - 2 years from opening if stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. To reduce oxidation, open only when needed and consider decanting into a smaller working bottle. Refrigeration at ~4°C helps maintain freshness and aromatic stability.
