Uses

Diffuse to promote a positive, clear minded environment. Place 1 - 2 drops on a tissue under your pillow to carry calm into your dreams. Dilute with carrier oil (2.5%) and apply to wrists, neck or chest for a fresh, natural scent. Inhale directly when you need a quick mental or emotional refresh. Not recommended during pregnancy or for children under 6 without guidance.

Shelf Life
1 - 2 years from opening if stored in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Open only when needed and decant into a smaller working bottle if possible. Refrigeration at ~4°C can help maintain the blend’s freshness and aroma integrity.
