Cold pressed from the nuts of the Calophyllum inophyllum tree, our Organic Oil of Tamanu is a thick, emerald green oil prized for its powerful regenerative, anti-inflammatory, and antimicrobial properties. Traditionally used in Pacific Island medicine, Tamanu Oil is one of the most effective carrier oils for treating damaged, ageing, or irritated skin.
Naturally rich in vitamin E and packed with antioxidants and antibacterial compounds, this oil is known to promote cytophylactic activity, a process that clears dead skin cells while stimulating new cell growth. Despite its viscosity, Tamanu absorbs readily into the skin with minimal residue, offering deep repair for burns, cuts, scars, and inflamed conditions.
